Due to the nature of our creations we cannot offer returns if you change your mind.

Product Guarantee

Breakages are rare but can happen. If a product breaks due to bad craftmanship (highly unlikely) or a fault in the wood or rattan within the first year, we will replace or repair it free of charge

We cannot replace items that break due to general wear and tear, from applying unreasonable force, or through inappropriate use. See our FAQ for information on cane care and considerations
